Starting approximately Tuesday, Avast is now putting ALL my email into the junk folder as either Spam of Phishing. Luckily I noticed and started marking as Not Junk. This included email to myself from myself. Anybody know of any filter changes that were pushed out this week? I did not do anything on my end. If it continues, I’m going to have to shut the email filter off as I’m missing important messages.
What OS/sp?
What exact version of avast?
What email client?
What other security software do you have (or had) installed?
What is telling you avast is doing this?
I’m not sure this is an Avast “Shield” issue…did you turn OFF Avast’s mail shield and see if it resolved ?
If change in Shield has no effect then check your “JUNK” sensitivity/settings in Outlook.
