avast on my laptop

I have avasst on my laptop with a 60-day free trial
I want to know if I can use the same free trial on my desktop also.
If I can how do I go about doing this.

Hi,

and welcome to the Forum. In short, yes you can (use the same free trial on your desktop) simply copy the Executable you used to install avast on you laptop to your desktop and run it from there.

Once that is done you can register and not have to worry about the trial period. To do this go to:
http://avast.com/eng/home-registration.php

It’s free so no worries.

Like said, you can.
Just remember that the first installation has a 60 day period.
If you uninstall avast and install again in the same computer, the period will be decreased to 6 days.
