It depends on your license. If it’s only for one device, then you can only use it on one device.
You can always use the free version.

You have an Avast Premium Security Multi-Device subscription. You can thus also use Avast Mobile Security Premium on your phone (Android; iOS), without having to pay (it is already included in your subscription).
