Hello,
I got a very annoying problem. I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 and Installed Avast Internet Security like always.
After a restart I got a message from Avast that the Network Shield was turned off and also my Network Adapter wasn’t working anymore.
After some research I got a lot of unknown devices in the Device Manager, all of them from Avast. I uninstalled Avast and my Network Adapter worked again.
Looks like a very critical bug in the Avast software.
What is going on :(?
