Avast One installation fails

Hi

I downloaded Avast one, but cant install it. I start the installation process as an admin, but each time I receive the following message:

Connect to the internet to install Avast One

You need an active internet connection to install Avast One.
Please connect to your network and try again.

Well, I have an active internet connection. So why do I receive that message?

Hope someone can help.

Hi,

This indicates that something on your side is preventing Avast One from connecting to the Avast servers. Could be caused by a VPN or another antivirus/malware application.
