Avast One prevents programs autostart.
Just installes Avast One, didn’t change any setings.
Programs from autostart don’t work, also impossible to run other programs, for example Slimjet Browser.

I take it you are referring to the apps in Start > Settings > Apps > Startup. What are they set to (on/off) for the apps not starting?
Can you add a screenshot of the error message you get when you try to open other programs (e.g. Slimjet Browser)
