AVAST One VPN slow / timeout

Hi,

we just brought AVAST One Family a few days ago. Everytime we start the VPN (fastest / nearest location) or when it is started automatically, the webpages load foreaver or timeout. As soon as VPN is switched off, the pages load instantly.

We tried this on two different Windows 10 notebooks.

I did not find any VPN Settings (except for the location). Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hi,

If you are still experiencing this issue, please try a different VPN location or reboot your router. I take it the two Windows 10 notebooks were using the same network/ISP. If possible, try a different network/ISP (e.g. some place offering free WiFi).
If this does not help, please consider contacting Avast Support via https://support.avast.com/contact/paid

thank you very much for your answer. Rebooting the router seems to have solved the problem.

I feel a bit stupid for not thinking of this solution myself.
