near the beginning of the year I paid you 37.00 or so from my pay pal account for anti virus I tried to register it the girl told me it had expired and that the free trial was all I was supposed to get I told her she was wrong and got tired of arguing with her now 7months later I find Avast has an automatic payment set up with pay pal for an anti virus that I never received I had paypal cancel it I called the girl again this time she seen that I should have had the anti virus that she refused to give me the last time we spoke, but she will not give me a refund of the money she stole from me then she said its your policy not to refund and I guess its your policy not to supply the product I paid for either are there any bosses there or better yet one intelligent individual that can correct this for me do I have to make a You Tube video showing what I have to go though to fix this do I have to meet you on the golf course because that where you run the business from who can talk to what can I do to get a response . very disappointed and not amused at all.
