Avast Password Manager help

Hello,

I have been using it for a month now, I am also using the Avast Password Manager to securely store my password. I am now planning to change computers, will my passwords on password managers be erased if I changed computer? There was a warning “If you have activated Avast passwords , be aware that all stored passwords will be removed as well.” Please help, thank you.
