Avast Password Synchronisation Issue

Hi,
I have used Avast Internet Security and Avast Passwords in December 2016. Since my laptop’s motherboard has failed I was unable to use Avast Password and I didn’t remember the Master password used at that time. Now new laptop is bought and installed Avast Internet Security. But I am unable to synchronize my passwords which stored earlier.
I have tried with the mail that sent by avast at the time of creating avast password account. But it require old master password which I didn’t remember. So unable to use Avast password now.

Can I synchronize without the old master password.

Did you remove the old device from your account ?
Did you had synchronization enabled ?

I am unable to run Old device, And I am using a Single user internet security license. So to overcome the conflicts by same license on two device I removed the device from my account
Synchronization is enabled.

As you don’t remember the master password, I doubt there is a way to gain access to the passwords again unless you have exported them and got them somewhere stored.
If you have exported them and they are on the drive in the broken laptop, put the drive in a working laptop or PC and you can retrieve them.
