Hi guys, I’m sorry to hear that you are having problems. Can you provide more details about exactly what is happening when you try to add the device/s to the synchronization group? What type of devices are you trying to add (e.g. Windows PC, Android, Mac, IOS device)? Can I also ask you if you have installed the latest version of Passwords? We have just updated the applications and the synchronization is now new and improved.
