OKay, so, I have a problem. I’m using Firefox and the last version of both Avast Premier and Avast Password.
In the setting menu it says that Avast Password is active, but the extension in Firefox isnt, and when i try to turn it on by pressing it it says that the extension is active, and that I need to activate it first. But even if i put in activationcode again it still wont activate in the browser. But, it worked last night and since i used it’s generator to make new password all over my most used sites it’s a problem that I cant get it to work again.
I am having the same exact problem. It started about 3 days ago by shutting itself off and I would have to restart my computer to fix it. Now I can not get it to activate on Firefox either.
Firefox is asking me to activate it. The weird thing is that when I click on the icon in the browser, it shows normal for a brief moment and then says the message: “The extension is not activated. Please activate first”. All my licenses are current AND active on my Avast dashboard and I can access every aspect of passwords there.
