When I open avast passwords the page comes up, but when I click on one of the icons to show me the password it will not open. Can you tell me what is wrong and if I can fix it, don’t want to be paying for something and not be able to use it.
And why doesn’t avast show a phone number for support to questions like this.
Direct support via e-mail from Avast is only available for paid users. (Phone# is only for 3rd party support)

I can open the password app (windows 10, desktop) but when I press the button for an individual password nothing happens. Support suggested modifying the app and restarting computer but it did not help. The autofill function works, but there are times you need to see the password information itself and so it is frustrating.
I noticed the same problem today Sept.4,2020. Auto fill works but I can’t see the passwords themselves and the page is different so you don’t have that option.
