Avast Passwords security flaw?

I must be missing something here…surely the ability to autofill a websites login/password should be protected by the master password?

I spent some time setting up say 20 website passwords, some of which I would be happy to autofill, some of which I wouldnt (sites where you can spend money).

I was rather surprised to see that if the website doesn’t aufofill, all a user has to do is click the orange key, change the autofill slider then reload the webpage. You can then
proceed straight in. Isnt this incredibly dangerous if someone gets onto your PC?

Am I losing the plot?

Generally password programs don’t as for the master password every time, I don’t use the avast password option (so I can’t really say) as I have that covered already. My option asks for the master password the first time a password is required and you have it saved.

I don’t save user names and passwords for sites that I don’t want my password manager to complete.

Presumably you have a password to log on to your PC account.
