Afternoon All -
I have read all of the problems that users are having inputting the licensing key for purchased software. (4 for PDA). What I do not understand is the support. Granted I did not pay a lot of money for the product but I did pay for it.
The tech response in this forum is to contact sales. Sales does not reply to emails. I have not received a reply from support either to my email and all this forum does is send you in circles back to contacting sales. This is not customer service and is not professional.
How about passing this on to a person or group who can give us a solution to this problem.
Again the problem; Avast PDA updater will not accept license key. The key is too long for the updater to handle. It is also too long to enter manually into the PDA.
Please give us some help!
