I have avast pro edition and it totally sucks and the user has no control at all with the anti virus program and the on line so called protection really sucks.

I dont know about you but I have had lots of help on Avast from the good people on this forum and the software has never messed up in any major way and it has great customising abilities

glen bell, if you asked some reasonable questions, you might eventually learn something you want to know; if you are only insulting, however, it’s quite unlikely.
That is not true! Not at all! With avast you have full controll of your antivirus program, avast is the most configureable antivirus program I have tested, and I have tried many many many antivirus program.
So like the other forum members told you, tell us about your problems, and we all will try to help you!
We tried to help you when you first posted http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=30732.0, a little over a month ago but you didn’t respond at all to that topic. How can we possibly help if you won’t answer questions or expand on the problem it simply isn’t possible to help those who don’t take an active part in the topic.
avast is one of the most configurable antivirus round.
avast support is one of the best.
