What do I type into this box to let the Download manager scan for viruses with avast? See Ref.1

You don’t need to type in that box if you have Avast running. It will scan every file downloaded. But anyway you want to fill it then put C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe

If your Standard Shield is set to High or Normal level.
If you use Custom level, you can uncheck to scan every file and then adding C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe will scan only the downloaded one. I think it’s a better balance between performance and security, imho.
