infection win32: Sefnit-GD [DRP]

avast reports that there is a RED inezione in a folder that
I deleted manually but I still signed and should not be
away!
and I say to avast: Move to the trash, delete, or was ignoring
I have always alarm in red!
how do I remove this warning?

always check for updates before you start scanning
click on the remove selected button to quarantine anything found

Well, Avast was the one telling you about the malware. The other tools are easier to list the problems so the more advanced users and experts can evaluate it more closely and give you advice. The tools complement each other.
Follow the suggestion and report back.

and remove this infection with AVAST in scan mode before power-on !
all ok, and remove now !
BUT WHY in normal use of windows …AVAST
continue to allert to me with avast pop up RED ?
the INFECTION was in:
windows\temp_avast_unp199332570.tmp
the file was: WIN32:sefnit_GD
Please review Avast main GUI → maintenance → virus chest to see what you have there, if you still have anything listed.
About the red pop up, please take a snapshot and attach it here in the next post.
