Hi, I have a trouble

I bought the licence and had been using it fine, I am kind of a weird guy, in the way of; I like to “refresh” my computer several times a year, thing is that right now, I refreshed and now when trying to activate my premium it says the licence I downloaded from avast homepage is invalid or has been modified, and then I realized it says in the web that I have several devices when this is the computer I’ve had since I bought the licence, and actually the “different devices” have the same especifications(the only difference is with one, which is the same computer with different name)

Is there any solution to this or am I lost and so is my licence?

First I would suggest logging on to your my.avast.com account and delete any old or unused devices (that may have your license assigned to them).

Try the avast - Resend avast License http://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php option, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.
