Avast Premier - Avast firewall blocks applications without notifications!

I noticed that Avast constantly blocks newly launched applications. Even those applications for which rules are created are blocked. How do I make sure that the firewall does not block the applications for which rules are created?

For example, I can not play with a friend in the game (terraria), because Avast does not allow us to connect. With the firewall turned off, everything works.

Maybe because you are in a “public” network as on your first image.
Try switching to “Private.”
That said, I don’t understand everything about your images → translation problem

Thanks, I did as you said, I’ll check and write about the result. Just before, on a standard Windows firewall, there was a public network by default and there were no such problems.
