Avast Premier can't protect my computer!

Hi,
i am using since 2 years avast. First year it was normal license, The last year I bought premier license.

i was trust Avast. But some virüs crash my computer. It was advertisement virüs. All web site showing everywhere advertisement.
After crash computer. I rescue my folders and document. But I still get the computer format.

You can examination my account and see my licenses.

Maybe u can say to me… It is your mistake.
But if i buy premier license, it is your responsible!

i will not buy new license for new year. For that I’d like you to give me a new license.

Note: I don’t know english just use google translate. If i do some mistake about words. Sorry.

It was probably just some adware which is generally the hardest to detect since it doesn’t really do anything explicitly harmful or bad, it just shows annoying ads. Most antimalware products have problems effectively detecting these. Did you format the system already or have you by any means tried running full system scan or using some other tools to verify what’s going on?
