When I look at my scan history and attempt to look at a scan, the detailed report icon is greyed out, is there a way to enable it?

When a button is grayed out, it usually means it has no fuction for whatever reason … so maybe you are at the wrong place to see details

It usually means that there is no detailed report for it, e.g. no alerts (0 viruses) or scan errors, etc.
So the only information on that scan is already displayed.

Ah that explains it! The scans have not turned up any virus/malware. Sorry for the trouble!!
