Avast Premier, firewall isuue

Hello,

Avast firewall didn’t work with iis server. I didn’t have access to my website with dynamic dns address, but turninig off firewall solved the issue. I decided to reinstall Avast firewall.

After firewall component was reinstalled I didn’t have internet connection. It even doesn’t matter - was the component turned on or not, something was changed ip connection setting to 169.254.228.75 address and I didn’t have internet access at all.

All was fine after avast firewall component was uninstalled.
I didn’t install new software. Why internet connection was broken? How to install avast firewall now?
