I just bought a license of Avast Premier but is giving me many problems that I did not have when i used avast free in Windows 10, for example Windows Explorer crash every time or smoe programs like autocad dont run after i open it. The only solution I could think was uninstall it and return to avast free and it fix everything. What happened? I bought Avast Premier for solve problem not to give me more. Help me please. Sorry for the mistakes but English is not my mother language.

You could/should do a ‘Clean Install’ of the latest version of Avast Premier.
Download ‘and save to your desktop’ the Avast Uninstall Utility here: https://www.avast.com/en-gb/uninstall-utility
Download to your Desktop your correct Avast version from here: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=178580.0
Now disconnect from the Internet
Uninstall Avast via the Control Panel
1.Run the uninstall tool and accept the reboot to safe mode
2.Once complete reboot your system
3.Reinstall Avast
