Avast Premier, lost password, can't uninstall?

Could someone please help me
I’ve forgotten the password for my Avast Premier and was trying to uninstall it so I could reinstall and start again, but it keeps asking me for the password and won’t let me uninstall, so could someone please tell me how to uninstall.
The reason I want to start again is because the VPN is asking me to buy it although up until now I thought it was part of Premier, so you see my problem.

Thank you all so much I’ve managed to uninstall and reinstall and I’ll look into the other VPN, but I did like the Avast version so I’ll think about it.

Does Avast VPN come with Avast Premier?
I ask because every time I try to Go Private it tells me I can’t and must buy it, but up until now I’ve been using it with Premier without having to buy it specifically so I don’t know what’s going on and in Components it says that VPN is installed.
Anyone have any ideas?

No it’s a separate purchase. There is a limited trial.
