In this last weeks my Avast Premier doing some strange problem and i don’t know if is my problem or maybe not but when i do a network scan on my avast i only see a blank space.
What version of Avast Premier do you have, the current one, just released is 2016.11.2.2262.

I have the last version i think, 11.2.2262, i don’t know how to resolve this problem i have already uninstall and reinstall the program but nothing change, same issues.
If you right click on the avast tray icon and select about avast it will tell you the version number.
IN earlier version there was an issue in the Smart Scan in relation to the network side, but that wasn’t the same as yours with the blank screen.
Have you tried an avast repair, Control Panel > Programs & Features > Avast Antivirus - Change - from the new screen select Repair ?
i have tried everything, repair and reinstall with avast clear in safe mode but i have always the same issues, help please i don’t know what to do.
My version is 11.2.2262 Avast Premier, it is possible is something wrong with their server? maybe the scan of domestic network going wrong for another reason.
I stopped using the Network scanner a while ago, mainly having run a scan and it confirmed all was well, so I couldn’t see the point of keeping it if nothing changed.
There have certainly been issues with the network scanner, but I haven’t seen anything like you describe reported in the forums. Issues with a display problem, blank or no data in the screen are generally resolved with the methods you trued, repair and or clean reinstall including the use of the avast uninstall utility.

Trust me i don’t know the reason why i have the blank screen this is the first time i get this, always working fine from the beginning. Just a week ago started the problem.
I have already open the tikeck and they suggest me the same thing, :‘( :’(.
Do you have the support ticket ID number ?
If so can you post it here and I will try to attract some attention to it.
The ticket is #286491 , but as you know it was opened by my country support section , i’m from italy and i don’t know if it is useful, thank you for your interest.

By chance you are running Sandboxie Free or paid? Blank windows always appear in the network scanner and Statistics and others after running your browser in a sandboxie sandbox and then closing it. Workaround is to not run sandboxie and/or log off and then back on to user account and then run your feature or program of choice.
This could well be your issue.
I don’t know i never use a sandbox mode, i have a regular avast premier license and all i can say is this problems start with the new version, i can perform all the scans but domestic network scan is always blank, and i have problems in the account log in section.
I only want know if this kind of problem let the pc discovered from protection or maybe some conflict, that’s all i want to know.
