It acts like it wants to download but won’t install or activate. Tried from Avast online account page and from subscription/license list in Cleanup. Have several Avast licenses installed on other computers.
Read other posts. Now trying to uninstall the factory installed McAfee LiveSafe.
Uninstalled factory installed McAfee. Changed Microsoft account pswrd. Avast Premier still won’t activate. The download file is in the download folder but won’t activate even when ran as admin.
Resetting MS account must have worked. Avast is installed.
