Hello

I am currently thinking about buying AVAST Premier and I am using AVAST Free at the moment. I would like to know if AVAST Premier would slow my computer down more than AVAST Free for gaming and searching on the internet or would it cause any other problems.

Hi
That will depend on what you choose to install when selecting “Custom Install”; which will show all options for Shields, Tools and Language.
The Tools column (MIddle) has all the extra tools and modules that do consume resources,

Well I have just tried Premier and it does not seem to effect the performance but will the Firewall not interrupt some games.

No, but you may have to set rules in the firewall for them.
