Hello All,
For some reason I’m now getting multiple Avast icons
popping up in my task tray ( bottom right hand corner of my screen).
I put my mouse pointer on the surplus icons and they disappear leaving the one
relevant one showing. What on earth is going on?
My task tray is customized to hide the avast icons and notifications. Even so if I leave the task tray long enough I
end up with a large collection of Avast icons showing.
My Avast Premiere is up to date and has the latest definitions. I’m getting the message “You are Protected”
Any suggestions?
Repair Avast:
- Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
- Click on ‘Repair’.
- Follow instructions.
- Reboot.
