Avast Premier

My PC crashed and burned. Recovered the “Paid” premier but it still says that I have a Windows 7 32 bit if I go to my settings after I sign in on the web. I now have w10/64bit but it doesn’t let me make any pc related changes. Also, it seems to me that I used to be able to schedule the time & day as to when to do a “smart scan”. Not anymore. HELP
