Estava fazendo uma limpeza no meu computador com o AVAST PREMIER (Verificação Inteligente), quando acusou que a configuração do PC estava vulnerável ao ataque do “Wanna Cry”. Então depois de configurá-lo, O sistema do AVAST pediu para reiniciar o computador, mas eu preferi reiniciá-lo mais tarde. Quando fui reiniciar o PC, o AVAST não abriu mais e mostrou a seguinte mensagem: “U! FAILED TO LOAD
This is really embarrassing
AV Service is not responding”
O que devo fazer para ter o AVAST PREMIER de volta ao meu computador e o Cleanup, também, já que o Cleanup já foi pago?

If avast tells you that your systems is vulnerable to WannaCry, it sure is.
Install the security update that MS released 3(!) months ago!

And for the GUI problem, if you are running XP make sure the terminal service is running as has been told/explained in many threads on this webboard.
