Hi! I have activated Avast Premium. I have entered the activation key, signed in an when I want to clean my PC it does not work. He always wants me to buy premium. Why ? (sorry my bad english, I hope you understand what I mean) I have two screenshots but I dont know how to instert them in this posting.

Avast premium security and cleanup premium is not the same subscribtion.
You can buy avast ultimate to get all things, including secureline vpn and cleanup included in it.
