avast premium license 10 devices does not works

hello

one of my family member cousin brother buyed avast license for 10 devices and given me the license key for my pc and my android phone.

i signed in my pc with my email id and password in the avast premium security software and the license key which i inserted in my pc works very well and it upgraded to avast premium security.

but when i signed in android phone device with same email id and password then it does not shows that subscription which is active in my pc.

please help me in this problem.

We are Avast users and not Avast team members.

As far as I’m aware they would have to be assigned in the owners Avast Account.

I have never had a multi user license, so I haven’t had to do it so:
I just googled How to assign an Avast antivirus multi user license to other users and get lots of hits - https://www.google.com/search?q=How+to+assign+an+Avast+antivirus+multi+user+license+to+other+users

Effectively they have to take action from their side - https://support.avast.com/en-gb/article/use-family-sharing/#pc - though I have no idea if this 10 user license is the family sharing option. But I suspect whomever owns this license would have to take the action/s outlined in the above link. Or one of the many other hits on the search link that I gave.

the avast subscription license of my cousin is working fine in my pc. but not working in my android phone. i want it in my android phone to use. i have inserted my cousin license in my laptop. and also logged in with this account in my pc software. but when i login in android phone app with this account then that license does not works does not works. please help me in this problem.

I don’t know if that option is available in your installation as essentially you aren’t the owner of the license.

I have no idea how this works for applying a license to the Android version of avast.

Time to get creative and check out google, you just have to get a good search string.
