Avast Premium no response| subscriptions exceeded limitation

Hi there, I am a Avast premiem user, subscription for 10 devices. I noticed my Avast on desktop is not response to my calling. App unable to update and even unable to open the user interface. But it still appear in taskbar icons. When I open task manager to tackle the problem, it shows that Avast is working in the background.

Then I open my laptop to check on Avast premium, I shocked that its show my subscription are exceeded the installation devices limit, as shown in picture below.

Is it because of exceeded the installation devices limit cause the problem? How do I check what devices is occupying the subscription? Can I manually un-subscript them?

By the way, I would like to suggest that Avast should have a system that can automatic block the subscription once the subscription have exceed the limit so that not to affect other computer to run the Avast antivirus app.

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.
