Avast Premium prevents VMware client

Hi,
I use the Avast Premium client and for some reason even after whitelisting the VMware Horizon app, I am still not able to log on. Has anyone else faced this issue?

  • Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?

None apart from Defender (disabled)
Always been an avast user
