Avast Premium Security loaded but CleanUP Premium still try to run

is Avast Premium Security, superior to Avast Clean Up Premium?

I have Windows 10 on desktop PC and when I ‘open’ it it takes ages to ‘complete’ then I get a black screen headed Avast Cleanup Premium with message WOOPS something has gone wrong contact AVAST . how I do that I
do not know but assume it means this forum.
I have AVAST Premium Security. So I am again assuming that my PC knows I have both but the Cleanup premium has not been deleted? If that is correct, how do I ‘delete’ Clean Up Premium.
If not what do I do ?

Hi, please, send the logs by executing our log collector utility from this path C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast Cleanup\tulogcollector.exe.
