Avast Premium won't load all shields on start even after enable all shields !

My Avast Premium won’t load all shields on every start-up even after all shields are enabled ! … WHY !!!

My Avast Premium won’t load all shields on start-up and after enable them all shields manually -(and auto)- still 2 shields are “off” , first won’t load 6 shields , then I manually enable them "on’ , but still 2 shields are “off” - all the time, on every start-up on my PC.
Every Time, first are 6 shields are “off” then manually enable them “on” & here it is again 2 shields are “off” down !!!
Every time I Start My PC - for 2 maybe 3 months now - even after the last update / upgrade witch was 2 or 3 days before !?!
WHY ???
I use Avast for maybe 5 years now, this never happen before. … My License is fine , I checked that, all in order, but still no FIX !

Again, where is the Problem ???

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

Which shields aren’t starting ???
