Avast Premuim... PAID FOR!!! Crash Crash Crash

I have bought and paid for the premium package.

1. Why does it slow my laptop to a crawl???
2. Why does Cleanup never work??? Always crashes!!!
3. WTF???

Very little information, hard to tell.

• New or older system? Running Windows 7, 8, or 10?
• Are you running more than one antivirus?

same problem, keeps crashing and blocks firefox and several other programs , had to reinstall several times , keeps screwing up and reseting my settings, good up to date pc, with windows 7, ‘avastclear’ worthless just runs in circles does NOTHING ! , CANNOT UNINSTALL WITH ANY OTHER UNINSTALL PROGRAM , blocks ’ recovery’ program and resets itself , installed diff vendor and now it keeps trying to block other antivirus program, want it GONE ! ! ! want money back, worthless program ! !
