Avast prevents Diablo IV from running, exception/allow won't work.

Hello,
Avast (Free Version) is preventing Diablo IV from running. I tried the exception, advanced exception and allowed apps options but only turning off Avast will work. It’s not the game, I already tried all those fixes.
