I am trying to set up a sheep dip PC and I am wondering if Avast Pro is a feasible option.
The sheep dip PC as part of its role cannot be connected to the internet and is to be updated using downloads from an internet connected PC.
These requirements have been set by the customer so they cannot be bypassed.
Can Avast Pro be installed, activated and updated without an internet connection directly to the PC itself?

The purchase of avast pro should generate an email (that given during the purchase) this should have both an activation code and an attached license file.
You would need download the full off line installation file for Avast Pro. Not even sure where you might get this as it isn’t Advertised on the https://www.avast.com/compare-antivirus list of versions.
Thanks for that, I had tried changing the URL on the Program Updates notified in the forums, but I hadn’t added the files. sub domain element.
