I purchased an Avast Pro license through Google Play store - for my Samsung mobile. Its been 2-3 weeks, but the software doesn’t appear in my Mobile. I could see the purchase in the order history, but when I go to the App settings, and click on Restore purchases, it doesn’t have any impact, and the Free app continues with annoying ads.
I sent an email to android@avast.com, but they couldn’t do anything on the matter, and keep on sending generic messages asking to restore purchase etc.
I am getting pathetic service, and doesn’t getting the solution for the matter. Somebody help!!

For support you need to submit a ticket > https://support.avast.com
Don’t bother, they don’t respond to emails
They always respond to e-mails, but it takes a few days.
What exactly is the content of the ads? And can you see a green tick in Tools–Settings–Subscription?

avast is handling tickets within 1-5 business days (depending on how busy it is, if there are holidays etc).
If you have a ticket that is not handled within 5 business day, please start your own thread in the general forum and mention your ticket ID.
Its true that some stated above… the Customer care for Avast is pathetic. I sent 3 reminders to my query… no one just bothers.
When I click on subscriptions in Play Store, I can see this subscription. But, there isnt anything when I reinstalled the app, and tried clicking on “Restore purchase”.

Well that is why you don’t get help.
Each time you submit a new ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack and the waiting time starts from scratch. (FiFo system)
After submitting a ticket, you just need to have some patience.
