I cant renew my Avast pro, which is due to expire in 5 days. I get as far as the message that says 'Your Avast store is loading. Please be patient. The Avast store window opens up, but apart from the headings at the top (Shopping cart, Customer info etc), the window is blank. I have tried many times, with both Google Chrome and Internet explorer, but cant get any further than this. Any suggestions?
There was a reported issue with connecting with my.avast.com recently and may have effected other areas also. This appears to have been a server issue, which is reportedly fixed now.
You could try it again.
Thanks for your reply, but when I tried it again, I got the same (non)result exactly. Should I just remove the avast when it expires and reload it from scratch perhaps?
Can you try again, if it fails can you attach a screen shot of the error.
Also try an avast Repair first, Control Panel > Programs and Features > avast anti-virus > Change - from the new window select Repair. Reboot after the repair.
