Avast Pro not so great and charges for cleanup

Hi,

I have had Avast Pro for some years without problems. I’m now getting some unwanted registry files and Avast want to charge for the cleanup. The support is also nowhere as good as it used to be and I feel like i should complain but have had difficulty finding a main complaint contact point. I feel that with the amount that i spend on the several Avast products i should receive a better service.
Has anyone had similar problems and any recommendations would be gratefully received.

Use CCleaner instead of avast CleanUp.
It is free.

As for the support, is has improved a lot compared to what is was about 1.5 years ago.
