Hi. I currently have avast free, and was considering upgrading to avast pro during the seasonal sale, but in the process noticed something weird. The in-program store lists the discounted price for pro as $24.99. However, when I click on the seasonal sale link in the avast status page, the checkout lists pro as $19.99. As far as I can tell, it’s the exact same product; comparing the checkout pages, the only difference was a $5 larger discount when I went through the sale link.
Further confusing things, the price for pro on the avast website is $44.99. Basically, the same product seems to have three different prices, so I’m a bit confused. Does anyone else see this? Is this normal? If so, why would this be? I kind of have to wonder if something might be wrong with my program…
I looked around for information on this, but couldn’t find anything, so if this has been covered elsewhere, this is the wrong place for me to post this, or it’s just me missing something, I apologize. Any help would be appreciated.
