avast problem for browsers

hello, I’v bought avast few monthes ago, I have Win 7 64 bit OS and Default browser is FireFox, but i’v also have Opera & Google Chrome browsers, so when i surf in internet with firefox here is no problem, but when i type some site addresses in opera and chrome about 3-5 seconds computer slows down (mouse cant moove correctly, when i listen music or some audio files it also slows down) and when a page in browser is opened and computer starts work correctly…

i hope you heard what i mean and need help with it…

What exact version of avast do you have?
Do you or did you have other security software installed?

I have avast! Internet Security…

I have no other security software installed…

before I installed avast there was no problems… can it be a problem of firewall ???

Yes, but what version do you have? E.g. 2014.9.0.2011

Sounds a bit like the High DPC issue I’m having with the AIS firewall. Since Chrome (and opera) do a sort of pre-caching (for faster browsing to sites linked on the page you’re at) they open a lot of simultaneous connections. I believe it’s this caching that causes the firewall to choke somehow, causing system stuttering (sound first, and mouse in extreme cases). Firefox does not precache on default, only when the site explicitly uses prefetch-link tags. This might explain the difference.
You could try disabling or removing the Avast! firewall and reverting to the Windows default one to see if that fixes anything. Turning off precaching would be another option to try.

Current Version 2014.9.0.2006

Update to v2014.9.0.2011
