If I using 2 computers with 1 licensed key of avast professional what will happen?
Will I pirate or not registered when I lend my license key?

It’s one key per copy (of avast professional,) so “lending” the key for another computer would be against Alwil’s licensing standards and I guessing the EULA as well. I’m not sure what Alwil would do specifically in cases like this. Please see here…

“Lending” a license key is certainly not OK.
And yes, even using a single-user key on two of your computers is not OK.
However you can still install avast! Home Edition on other computers.
I have a 2 computers in my home and i’am using avast professional editon of the same computer and license key.
Is it ok?
If I will change my 2 computers to avast home edtion and with the same license key is it ok?
No, each computer must have it’s own separate key. Please see Igor’s response.

If I’am a second user of the license key what will happen to my antivirus?
I have used my friend’s key but my copy has been stoped … what shall I do ??
Either buy a pro version or download a free version would be my opinion.
If the use of both computers is for Home and non-commercial use (both apply) then you only one registration key for both.
When does avast informed about license key when expiration is near? About 1week?

With avast Home, there is no notification from Alwil that I’m aware of. With the professional version, I’m not sure. I would hope they would let you know before one week. ;D

If I remember rightly there is a reminder starting 21 days before expiry and that is also in the Home version, though I tend to get a new key before that happens, so I personally haven’t seen that.
David is right. The avast home program will start reminding you 21 days in advance of the actual expiration date.
I had that happen for me last week.
I am not sure about the pro version but I would hazard to guess that it would be about the same.

You won’t get any program or definition updates and most likely the program will bug you a lot. ;D

And left that way, your computer will get infected and your life will become miserable.
On the other hand, you could “down grade” to the free Home version.
That “down grade” has kept my computer safe for the past 4 + years.
Just get a free home version key if you qualify and insert it to change over to the Home version.
No need to un-install or re-install. The Key determines the type of license and version you have.
The protection to your system is the same.
