As it seems avast! also extended its detection into spyware field…
It has detected a spyware that was contained inside Overnet installer
(probably someone noticed False Positive on Overnet… topic in avast! 4 HE/PRO part of the forum,but after some research i found that that file is indeed a spyware hehe)
