As a pro photographer, I need regular access to MementoPix from htxps://mementopix.com/ but AvastFree just won’t let it load !
I have tried exceptions for every .exe I can find but it just hangs every time I try to boot up the program. If I disable Avast, it works fine so it is definitely Avast that has a problem.
Anybody have any ideas on how to sort this before I give up on Avast ?

That screen just bombs out on any submission … “Internal server Error”. Maybe avast doesn’t like that one either !

There is no warning screen. The software company have said they have had issues with some AV protection before so I disabled AV and it all worked fine - the moment I re-activated Avast, it stopped working and repeat and repeat.
Definitely an issue in the relationship between the two.

I already have the app exe file listed as an “allowed” app but it only allows protection from Ransomware … if I click the three dots next to it, it only lists Ransomware.
