Has anyone been able to contact a live person at Avast to discuss a refund? I’ve submitted a ticket with no response. Is there another to request and receive a refund?

When did you submit the support ticket ?
What is the ticket ID ?
Note - Submitting multiple tickets can actually slow the process as the tickets are dealt with in a first in first out basis. So for now don’t update or submit further tickets - refunds can take up to ten working days to be handled.
