In fact, the only emails I’ve received from Avast after sending two tickets and cancelling my auto renewal are from replies from you, Eddy. Avast literally has sent me nothing else and it’s getting upsetting. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to receive a refund in this particular case, and I’m starting to wonder how many other people have gone through an experience similar to mine. I’m also wondering why they haven’t emailed me anything and if they are going to help me at all. All indication thus far are they will not, but I hope they prove me wrong. :cry:
